DBDPE Masterbatch is made of DBDPE powder, nucleating agent, dispersing agent etc. Granules are extruded by the twin-screw after effective mix. DBDPE content can reach 90% in the granule.
DBDPE Masterbatch as a flame retardant is not only used in the electronic industries, electrical appliances, lamps and lanterns etc., but also widely used in wire, cable, pipe and sheet. The usage method and adding amount is equal to powder (90% content). Carrier can be adjusted according to customer’s demand.
